How a custom order works

Four steps from your idea to files on your machine.

  1. Send your artwork and details

    Use the custom order form. Tell us the item, the size and the thread colors, and attach your artwork if you have it.

  2. Approve your quote

    We reply with questions if needed, then send a quote that states the price and the turnaround.

  3. We digitize and review

    Your design is digitized for your fabric and machine. You see the result before it is final and can ask for changes.

  4. Download your files

    You receive your stitch files in the machine formats you asked for, ready to load.
